Can I change my order after payment?
Please contact us before sending the payment. Once the payment is confirmed, changes may not be possible.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship worldwide from Istanbul, Turkey.
Europe: 3–7 business days (Express)
North America: 5–10 business days (Express)
Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
All orders include tracking information.
How long does it take to process an order?
Processing time is 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding Turkish public holidays).
Express delivery is available upon request.
What if my order is damaged during transit?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and artwork.
We will arrange a refund or replacement depending on the situation.
Do you offer custom paintings?
Yes! Elnaz is happy to accept custom commissions.
Please message us with your idea, preferred size, and reference images,
and we’ll confirm the details and pricing.
Are the paintings originals or prints?
All artworks are 100% original oil paintings by Elnaz Baris (Asgharzadeh).
We do not sell mass-produced prints unless clearly stated in the product description.
Do you include a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes — every original painting comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity from the artist.

Are the paintings framed? How are they shipped?
All original paintings are unframed and unstretched (unless otherwise stated).
They are carefully rolled and shipped in a sturdy protective tube to ensure safe delivery.
If you prefer framing, please contact us before purchasing to discuss options and additional costs.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each artwork is original and handmade, we only accept returns if the item arrives damaged.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
