Shipping & Returns

All artworks are created and shipped from Istanbul, Turkey.
Sales and payment processing are handled by RoboArt Labs LLC, Wyoming, USA, via 2Checkout (Verifone),Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their country.


Shipping

  • Worldwide shipping available

  • Shipped via PTT ,FedEx ,DHL Express or UPS

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • North America: 5–10 business days

  • Other regions: 7–15 business days

All orders include tracking. Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Artworks are shipped unframed and securely rolled in a protective tube unless otherwise stated.
If you prefer framing, please contact us before ordering.


Processing Time

Processing takes 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding Turkish public holidays).
Custom commissions may take longer depending on complexity.


Returns & Refunds

All artworks are original and handmade, therefore non-returnable unless damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Include clear photos of the artwork and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement if eligible.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method via 2Checkout (Verifone),Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.


Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier.
