This website is operated by ElnazBaris, a brand of RoboArt Labs LLC (Wyoming, USA).
Artworks are created and shipped from Istanbul, Turkey.
By using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Products and Artwork

All artworks listed on our website are original oil paintings by Elnaz Baris (Asgharzadeh), unless otherwise stated.
Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences or lighting.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in USD (or your local currency, if supported).
Payments are securely processed through 2Checkout (Verifone),Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal on behalf of RoboArt Labs LLC (USA).
We do not store or have access to your credit card information.
Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Custom Orders

Custom commissions or portraits require prior discussion with the artist.
Once confirmed, a non-refundable deposit may be required.
The remaining balance must be paid before shipment.

5. Shipping

All artworks are shipped from Istanbul, Turkey via express courier (PTT / FedEx / DHL / UPS).
Processing time for ready-to-ship artworks: 3–5 business days.
Custom orders vary depending on project complexity.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because each artwork is handmade and unique, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Elnaz Baris.
No part of the website or artworks may be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without written permission.
Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright to the buyer.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for your order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
